Good selection although the mens selection is a little small

Unbelievable, the "Paperchase" section is as big as the men's clothing. There is more variety of birthday cards than mens shirts/ smart clothes.

Good shop, spacious feel, some items a bit expensive.

Very patient staff especially when you are returning about 25 items that your wife has ordered on line!!

Bit of a shambles with an online order which had been sent back for no apparent reason. Staff were really apologetic. My wife managed to find a substitute item though.

Debbie was really helpful and took the time to answer all my questions, despite a rude customer expecting her to stop dealing with us to go to the checkout. She remained patient and told the rude customer she was already with a customer. Not sure what people expect when the company have cut back on staff so much and only pay the minimum wage. She just didn't have the patience to wait in the longer queue. Don't know how they deal with people like that...

Aside from that, great range of furniture and I put an order in with Lynda, who was also very helpful. Despite me forgetting to mention that I wanted two sets of chairs, she still gave me the 10% off and delivery fee back. Although she couldn't put it through on the till, she gave it to me on a gift voucher with the help of Mark.

The staff Julie was awfully rude in front of me and my child. I wanted to return an item for that I had a receipt for however she denied the process as I didn’t have the original card. Okay not a problem - as it was my wife’s card. But instead of saying it nicely she said it in a angry manner and a blunt face. I asked if I could speak to the manager to get it sorted or maybe return it for another day but instead she got temperamental and shouted at me. Probably one of the worst customer experience that I’ve encountered and will definitely be reported to Next!

Rude staff, with half the store blocked off so they can hoover the floor on Christmas Eve.

The gifts we wanted were clearly visible and the staff were unhelpful not letting us select what we needed. Shocking.
