The prices are brilliant. All the staff are friendly, honest and helpful too.
When I couldn't find what I wanted Adele went above and beyond to find it for me, searching the 'back' and 'upstairs' for it. I came away a very happy customer!

Some of the staff there don’t care, they’re too busy talking to each other to actually care about decent customer service. The Manager had even less care - his attitude was atrocious, as if he wanted me to leave the store as quick as possible.

The Fleetwood outlet has some beautiful sofas...I look often but keep missing them as they sell so quickly. Richard was kind enough to send me photos of a new delivery, and he was able to reserve one for the afternoon when I viewed and bought it. Excellent service and all of the staff are friendly.
