Great selection but staff were over the top. I couldn't have been more than 1 meter over the threshold of the store before I was asked if I needed any help. I hadn't even looked at or picked any items up. I went straight upstairs to homeware when I was approached by three other staff members. This makes me very uncomfortable and is unnecessary. If I need assistance I will ask. I will buy online moving forward.

Allow customers time to enter the store and look at items before pouncing.

Bought lime and bay fragranced essential oil yesterday! So devine and soothing. I also loved the service we received from a very nice gentleman working in the till. Thank you for a lovely experience.
