I recently visited the Fat Face store with my wife to return her bag which had a faulty zip.I found the staff to be very helpful and professional.

Really nice selection of GOOD quality casual clothes. Staff are always exceptionally helpful. I may not be their normal customer profile but find plenty to buy at 72 years of age (Like to act, feel and look young)

Lovely staff and always enjoyed shopping there. Will be greatly missed in Epping. Another example of EFDC letting shops that add variety be replaced by Turkish barbers/coffee shops/restaurants.

I must confess that I only seem to visit this shop just before Christmas. However, well worth the visit had what I wanted.
