I called a day in advance of my flight to collect shoes which were a gift. When I arrived at the store the clerk said he couldn't go downstairs to the store room to get them. I waited almost 45 minutes for him to get them and nearly missed the flight so left without the gift I reserved in advance - not good.

In the case you forgot to take with you smart clothes and you do not have time to shop at your destination, this shop can be a perfect solution for your needs ;-) otherwise, i would say, go rather to a larger Boss Store somewhere in the city.

The sale reps here are liars and will do anything for a sale! I would avoid this store at the airport at all costs! I will take great pleasure in emailing your CEO to report cashier:43197 to be given training on store terms and conditions.
