Came across two female staff members working this afternoon who were super helpful and loved their uplifting energy (sadly didn’t catch their names)! My partner and I had a really positive shopping experience. That’s how the shopping should make you feel :)

I love allsaints!! Last time I visited the shop I was looking for a summer dress and Giulia helped me a lot, she is very attentive and friendly. Thanks again for your service, will come back!

Recently purchased a leather jacket for a family member and a member of staff called 'Carolina' went out of her way to help us at every stage. Very professional and helpful. Thank you for your positive attitude and advice. Other member of staff was also helpful. Overall, Good experience/ Service.

Honestly a wonderful shopping experience. The staff is so helpful and kind... Something you don't see anymore in retail these days. Makes you want to shop only there!

Really poor shopping experience, guys i m really sorry but the customer approach in Westfield mall was so aggressive, once i entered in the shop a lady jump on me, two minutes after another person come to me, after another 5 minutes the third one come to ask me if i need help or what i m looking for… it s really bothered me the whole experience. I bought a gift for a friend but definitely i will never coming back in that flag store.
