Compact store with some nice clothing lines although they can be a little expensive. It's worth looking at the sale rack from time to time for some bargains. At least three changing rooms towards the back of the store.

The young staff who I have seen working there recently are generally friendly. All good.

Love FatFace, the staff are friendly and always helpful. The clothing displayed well and easy to look around. Go when the sale is on and you are sure to grab a bargain. Unfortunately, they no longer have children's clothing in the smaller stores.

My husband usually loves Fat Face, and is usually satisfied, but he bought 2 T shirts in the sale size L which came up quite small, so he swapped for shirt size L this also came up small, I thing there sizing has changed. I think Fat Face should go back to more generous sizing.
On the other hand always good quality if a bit pricey.

Nice staff and good quality clothes

We often buy clothes here. The fit is excellent, better than in other stores. And the service is good.

Much larger store more choice nice staff quality items limited on sizes for men so be aware but otherwise yep all good

Good range of clothes. Not a budget shop though!
