Great service beautiful stuff in store they offer services eg if its not in store they will order for you

Located in a superb location, very easy and always available free parking! Sadly Always out of Stock or do not have enough sizes! All employees are unhelpful, they dont even bother to look into stock level, always will say, shall we order one.
They will not try to help and even if you ask for help they will try to run away.
Not the service we deserve

If you like to experience the worst customer service come to next at Leyton. I waited ages for a customer to get served and its like a social meeting rather the dealing with customer with consistency. Absolutely a joke and will not visit this store again.

What a shambles on a busy Saturday morning, no staff to be seen when there are lots of people waiting to pay and click and collect. When they do appear they don’t make eye contact and are surprised when you ask them to help!

Very bad customer services by a female staff today, went in to exchange my wife jacket to a smaller size. At the ground floor i waited 15 minutes just to be told to go up stares to be seen by another staff as she has her hand full with missing parcel, So went upstairs to be seen and staff member working at mens section, A female with very bad attitude along with her sarcastic comments which took me by surprise 😮.
To top things off she got another staff to serve me for my refund as they did not the that particular jacket in store.

This branch be monitored by individual customer service monitoring team to assess the quality of customer service as its beyond joke's.

I have been getting my click & Collect from this branch since 2020. I have to stay the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
I like the new system where you can deposit your returns. Which is quick and easy. Plus you get a receipt as proof.
Only one criticism sometimes there is only one person at the till point. Which is
Frustrating. Overall I recommend this branch. There also is free parking too which is a rarity.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Disappointed, the self return machine was out of service.

Collected an Amazon parcel a few days back, firstly the lady serving at the cashier served a customer who was waiting at the wrong end of the arrow marked floor and who arrived after me and second the customer service was very poor. There was no hello or good etiquette. Apart from that the store is good but I expect staff to operate their queue effectively in accordance with the store markings and service effectively.
