It used to pleasant experience going in store but in my recent visit, customer service was terrible. I felt the need to get out of there as soon as I could, it was only for an exchange that I decided to go to the store as i was nearby. I suggest avoid going to the store and order online as the products are fantastic.

I’ve always been massive fan of the brand. I’d like to thank Priya who works in Stratford Westfields branch for delivering top notch service . She’s really friendly, extremely professional and took my overall shopping experience to another level! She’s a true asset to All Saints brand.

Absolutely love the products but unapologetic/carefree staff. Staff didn’t care to check whether the item I wanted was in stock, since I decided to buy a more expensive alternative. On my way out I found the original item I was looking for. I went to exchange ofc but they didn’t care to check how to refund the difference on Apple Pay and only said it was possible using a card and pushed to give me store credit. Either way I fought to just try tapping my phone for the refund, and it worked. It felt like I did something wrong when really wasn’t the case!

A great range of clothing, and great prices in the sale. However, the customer service at the till was a tad aloof. I stood up at the till waiting a good few minutes whilst the cashier discarded objects in the bin, put hangers into the cupboard and in general, wasted time. If this had’ve taken a minute or two, I would not have felt as inconvenienced. However, I feel that this person was trying to make a point in a passive aggressive manner with the length of time that they took to serve me.

All other workers were friendly and cordial.

Honestly the best experience i have had since going back out to shopping in store . All staff very professional and helpful. One of the guys helped me understand what size would fit my style which i would never of known . Also new lady at the store Monica was really helpful in getting everything organised and checking stock. Made my day.Really professional and great range clothes in store. I will be back again.

My favourite designer stores! Great design, unique and classic. A bit pricey, but you will love the quality, no doubt!

Great customer service from staff particularly Adam who was very patient helping with my order and payment.
Also young lady at the door helpful too

Great clothing shop for something leather and chic. Although you might leave the check out a couple of 100s shorter, yet still not the most expensive in its league.
Look out for sale too though!
