Good selection of clothing including school uniform. Home living range on 1st floor. Accessible entrance and lift inside store. The queue can sometimes be a complete turn-off but otherwise good store.

My first and last visit to this store, customer service absolutely appalling. I required a bag for my purchases, only to be told ' over there' pointing to a rack of shopping bags, which I didn't want. Her attitude was something else. Needless to say , I left the purchases behind and walked out. I think your staff need a lesson in customer relations.

There never any staff on the shop floor and the staff are rude. The shop is a mess everything is disorganized. The only good thing which is why it's getting 2* instead of 1* is that changing room is open.

Staff couldn't care less about customer service, computer says no attitude rather than common sense and communication.

Appalling customer service. Never will I shop in this store again. Went to pick up a click and collect item. Picked up a few other bits, asked can I collect and pay at same till and told yes that's fine. Staff had a change over while we was waiting to be served. Finally got served after long wait to be told I had to queue again to pay at self service for my items, threw them on counter and left. The woman was so rude and abrupt

Horrible customer service. The old blonde women on the tills was so rude she snatched my receipt out the self service and slammed it on the desk. I by accident dropped the self service scanner and one of the other old workers said is she trying to break it or what. Everytime i go into this store all the staff are just rude and act like they are working for free. They act like its rocket science that they are doing. Ive been in retail for every 10 years and never seen staff in any store this rude and up them selves. Who ever the manager is they need to train the staff asap or else they are gonna lose on customers. When ever i go staff is always arguing with customers. This wad the last time ill go to the dalston matalan. Woodgreen matalan staff are way more polite and helpful at least they smile at you not like these horrible unprofessional staff that act like they own the place.

The worst matalan in England. Service is 0, customer satisfaction 0

I like this shop they have quite a good selection of goods. The prices seemed to have increased a lot but still not as expensive as some places.
