Lovely staff and loads of good clothing. They even have a Costa upstairs which makes an amazing cup of coffee. Loved it.

Really rude staff, my son worked hard and saved up to decorate his bedroom. He was in the store less than 2 minutes before they asked him to leave. Blatantl discrimination. Can't bring myself to go in there now

The store has a good selection and staff have been lovely on multiple visits. Their system and warehouse organisation seems like it could be improved

Waited 30 minutes to be completely ignored by staff regarding buying some shoes. They seemed more concerned with making sure they went on breaks and helping each other decide which pair of shoes they should buy. Disappointing.

Got served by this new blonde girl today was so lovely and helpful! I hope she reads this😄 😘😁😆

Even Next has fallen victim to the poor and unreliable customer service standards recently. Ordered online, chose to deliver to store instead of home delivery, got the text message order ready to collect, arrived at store waited ages to have someone serve us and then greeted with a blunt, sorry order hasn’t arrived yet, even though an email confirmed it arrived with a reference code. Nope definitely not arrived… goes to check anyway after insisting it should have arrived… comes back with order, oh sorry it is here…

Only half the order had arrived though, and when asked where the other half way, a blunt ‘Dunno’ was the only reply. So helpful…!?

Now if we were told the order would be delivered on different days and not together on the day it stated when ordering we would of have it delivered to our home.

Now we need to take multiple trips out of our way to go through the same process just to collect one order that should have come in one piece, inconvenient.

Next now falling victim to bad customer service.

Store had very little stock in menswear, so many items out of stock, minimal size selections on the items that they had in stock, so poor, usually Not a bad place To shop but definitely going in then wrong direction.

Actually bought my sofas in June but have been so busy never had a chance to leave a review until now. I want to thank Dawn, who helped and handled everything so efficiently and professionally. I will be visiting again soon to buy more furniture because of the excellent service I received.

First day of the shops opening back up and we went for a browse to get some furnishings for our house, they had some ex display lighting at great prices and a lovely worker called Heather was soo friendly and helpful to us, she packaged the light up for us well and gave us such a friendly shopping experience. Never really had any negative things to say about the staff in Next Home!
