A real staff was not far from us and had eye contact with both me and the thief, she probably noticed what was going on and chose to do nothing. I understand she’s just doing her work and no one wants trouble with these criminals. However the store as a unit might want to do something in the future to make it a slightly safer place for people to shop in. By staying silent when you notice someone is clearly pretending to be your colleague you are encouraging and welcoming these thieves to come back into your store.Surely It is at the end of the day the customers own responsibility to look after their belongings but the store need to at least not let thieves happily walk around their store for that long time while fully knowing what’s going on.
I asked for a refund then to pay via paypal again.
I waited while the store manager called the head office for about a whole hour. Can you believe that?
Making someone wait an hour to give their money back for an item they now had back and put right back on the shop floor in front of me!!!
After all that and they then said I had to call customer service myself!!! Can you believe that? No reception in the store. I was FORCED to take a credit note with a refund.
They treat people like dogs. Worse. Don't buy their clothes they are ripping customers off. And the online website is a joke. The online chat doesn't get back to as they promise. And instore managers have no discretion on what they call company policies.
I wish I never found their website and I will never ever buy from them again. I called customer service and waited over 15 minutes, then asked to speak to the supervisor as I was told to do in the shop and then waited another 5 minutes only to be sent to voicemail!
