I spent £200 on a wool blazer jacket and the packaging was absolutely awful. Scrunched up and shoved in the most tiny bag. Worse than any other retail store - even ASOS provides a hanger and folds each item properly to prevent creasing. Returned it!

Definitely a few good experiences buying from them in terms of delivery and returns processing. However, I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore due to the large £5 returns fee. It's too high and feels like a harsh penalty just for needing to order an extra size to ensure you get the right size.

Nice clothes and staffs, but be aware of thieves in the shop. From the second I walked in a woman started to follow me closely, she was wearing black which made me think she’s a staff. She was also folding clothes and other real staff saw her but didn’t say anything. She tried a few times to get as close as she can to me while there were no other customers in at the time, the store was very quiet, there’s no need for anyone to stand that close to me. Every time I looked back at her she started to awkwardly folding clothes, at that point I was pretty sure she’s a thief that’s after my phone in my pocket, she noticed I knew and dropped whatever clothes she was fiddling with and quickly walked out of the store.

A real staff was not far from us and had eye contact with both me and the thief, she probably noticed what was going on and chose to do nothing. I understand she’s just doing her work and no one wants trouble with these criminals. However the store as a unit might want to do something in the future to make it a slightly safer place for people to shop in. By staying silent when you notice someone is clearly pretending to be your colleague you are encouraging and welcoming these thieves to come back into your store.Surely It is at the end of the day the customers own responsibility to look after their belongings but the store need to at least not let thieves happily walk around their store for that long time while fully knowing what’s going on.

Absolutely uphauling customer service. The online web site does not give full information on sizing for blazers when they specify petite, regular and tall. I asked via online chat, they said oh we don't know but we will take your email and get back to you. No they didn't. I stupidly placed the order. It took almost a week to get it delivered to their shop. Went in, and of course it didn't fit. The assistant found another item for me. To I go ahead with the refund and purchase a new item at the same time via paypal. But I get home and realise the colour is not right, couldn't tell in the shop. Took it back for a refund and they point blank refused. Only a credit because it was an exchange. But it wasn't. So I explained it all. No sizing and bought something else. They said the till person put it through as a refund. I was not told that.
I asked for a refund then to pay via paypal again.
I waited while the store manager called the head office for about a whole hour. Can you believe that?
Making someone wait an hour to give their money back for an item they now had back and put right back on the shop floor in front of me!!!
After all that and they then said I had to call customer service myself!!! Can you believe that? No reception in the store. I was FORCED to take a credit note with a refund.

They treat people like dogs. Worse. Don't buy their clothes they are ripping customers off. And the online website is a joke. The online chat doesn't get back to as they promise. And instore managers have no discretion on what they call company policies.

I wish I never found their website and I will never ever buy from them again. I called customer service and waited over 15 minutes, then asked to speak to the supervisor as I was told to do in the shop and then waited another 5 minutes only to be sent to voicemail!

SHOCKING.
