I love Oliver Bonas, when a shop came to my local town i was soooooo excited. I can find a present for myself or others for every occasion. The staff are always polite and kind, it really is my happy place. I love the layout but it is a little cramp, when i popped in on Saturday (I almost go weekly at this point) it was very busy, great for business but not good for shopping. Might be an idea to space it out a bit better so you don't have to turn to get to stuff or constantly ask people to move.

I just wanted to leave a review on the staff - I was so impressed by the way they were speaking to a nervous young teen just ahead of me in the queue who was shopping, they were wonderful and so helpful and went out of their way to help her out - It was so nice to see.
