Why are the staff so rude and arrogant in here? They are always really snooty and off when you ask anything, so unhelpful and only talk to you if they have to when you pay. Shame as every other store I've been to they are lovely. Very frosty atmosphere in this one.

Usual top shop experience - over priced nothing special

Why do they only sell high waisted jeans? I've started buying mens jeans now since all womens jeans are high waisted. They sometimes have nice shirts though
