UNIQLO Wimbledon

Lovely shop, well laid out. Bright and cheerful interiors. Friendly and courteous staff. Functional clothing at realistic prices. Great for cold weather clothing. I bought three Heattech vests here. They have a good kiddies selection too.

Nice to see Uniqlo in Wimbledon when visiting my daughter. Some good lines, shop clean and bright.

Scanning is a whole new experience.

Reasonable selection of cloths but the layout of kids cloths was a bit strange parts on the end of racks and parts by the till. The staff were helpful around merchandise but there was a queue at the til and even the self service til was a bit slow. The entrance had a security guard standing there which did surprise me but I assume shoplifting must be a problem at the store.

I went to the new State store on Market Street today and was so impressed with the lovely range of clothes. I will definitely be shopping here again soon.

This must be the only shop in Wimbledon that has a no hoody policy! I just landed from a international flight and popped in to Wimbledon to pick up an outfit for a funeral the following day. Imagine my surprise when I get a tap on my shoulder from the security guard and he says “the shop has a no hoodie policy” it’s 7 degrees outside and I’m wearing a pink hoody under a black coat. Due to my profiling I left the shop and vow never to purchase anything from this brand again. Which is a shame as they supply good basics.

The worst part was this was a black security guard profiling a black female for no reason. What a jobs worth!

When I got home, I googled “Uniqlo hoodie policy” and “can I wear a hoodie in Uniqlo” and to my surprise nothing came up. Surprise surprise

FYI I had been shopping in Wimbledon all afternoon and not one of the other stores or security guards bothered me or made enquiries about my hoody, just a pleasant regular shopping experience

Really busy but we got our click & collect with little delay. Security checks seemed quite minimal. I think with same surname could easily have got our order.

Excellent service from staff. They didn't have what I was looking for, and he was helpful to let me know when it might be in.
