Such a friendly staff member who he always would be delighted to chat with! Lovely array of clothing and the hoodies are just the best! A wonderful shop and experience!

Amazing jackets
They do one of the most amazing jackets. They feel comfortable and sit really good as well also they keep you warm in the winter and the leather jackets really quality as well. The only issue i have we them is there staff have attitude so when i do go i try to not ask anything and they do not have good customer service and also there return policy is bad as well hence the minus 2 stars.

Beware the dreaded Superdry returns policy - zip broke after one wash and the staff practically shouted at me that it was my fault. I was so hurt I left the trousers there and walked out. Traumatised.

This experience will end my years of loyalty to Superdry. Very sad.

I like the clothing but they have a great collection for women's

Neat store and it was the only place in Croydon where I was able to find what I wanted in the style and quality I needed. Everything in the store was on sale at the time but it's not the cheapest store, however items are very good quality and there was a good range of organic items and coats made from recycled bottles. Women's floor had lots to choose from. Only issue is that they were short staffed so it was a bit of a search and a wait to pay but once I did get served the staff were really nice and efficient

Javani was so friendly, welcoming and helpful when I visited the store today. I was so impressed with how he went out of his way to assist me with my enquiry about trainers. Although I didn't make a purchase, he genuinely assisted WITHOUT the typical pressure sales approach and I think he is a fantastic representation of how the Superdry visiting experience should be!

I always go in here but never end up buying anything. It's not my type of shop. I bought a coat in here a year ago and the interior padding is coming through the seams. Wasn't impressed as the coat wasn't cheap. This maybe why I find it hard pressed to buy anything else even though their are a few items I like. I think it's geared towards a much younger audience. All the staff look about 18 to 22, 23 at a push.
