Good variety of stock though sometimes lacking in basics for a clothes shop such as no girls tights of any size at all. Staff are usually friendly and helpful without constantly pushing you into buying things. Regular sales make low prices even lower. Purchased a variety of baby and young girls clothes all great quality and loved by my children.

The store manager was awful for town centre rugby pep&Co branch. He was a real rude guy who was almost arguing plus shouting at me when I told him what his staff member has done. He wasn't even willing to listen when his staff member misbehaved with my 15 month old nephew. Literally never again . The clothes are not bad but the staff and the manager are. He also said that I lied and when I asked him to check the cameras he started shouting . Very bad behavior . I have started to hate the entire outlet now because of him.

I get some decent clothes in this shop, the prices are good and the staff are always pleasant. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Me and my friend were here on the 5th September at 5pm just before close. As much as I understand just before the end of your shift is stressful, if you can’t control your emotions you shouldn’t be in customer service especially shop floor. Whilst I was purchasing my items there was a blonde lady working on some shelves and tidying them when an older lady asked if anyone was serving at the tills. She then proceeded to snap at this woman “Yep. I’m coming now.” and then the older woman felt the need to apologise and the woman was still rude saying that it’s fine it’s just annoying because she was doing something. Then, my friend was served by Jasmine who was absolutely lovely and served us so politely and was happy to assist my friend with getting her into the changing room not long before closing as my friend was a little anxious to buy without seeing how she looked first. The blond lady then interrupted whilst my friend was thanking Jasmine for adjusting her schedule for her and completely spoke over both of them talking and told Jasmine that once she was finished serving to pick up clothes off the floor even though she was busy and she could have just done it herself. She was then profusely rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. She was extremely rude while we were there and I just believe that she should not be in customer service if she’s going to treat not only customers but also her colleagues like that.

Items are ok and can sometimes be good quality for the price, but make sure you keep your receipt, especially if paying with cash.

Just have experienced tearable customer services. At checkout I have been asked why I haven't bought the hanger with the clothes? I have been asked to go and get the hanger!! The lady told me "you should" bring the hanger. I asked it is shopping rules? The reply was " yes it's my rule, please leave the store if you don't like".

Clean store very squashed in and not much space to move around.
