The staff in here are the most unhelpful and rude sales assistants. It's the first calzedonia where I've experienced such rudeness, the other branches are usually very friendly, however as I work in the area I pop into this as it's most convenient but to honest I'm completely put off. Do not not go there, you are better off buying online!

The products are amazing but what sticks out to me most is the above and beyond service I’ve experienced from the European ladies who work there...offering to go in the store room multiple times with a smile when they were 30 minutes to closing. You don’t always get that friendly service with a smile in London and it will make me go back there!

Was rushing after work to pick up my favourite leggings. Arrived 25minutes before closing, but the shop was already shut and the lady refused to let me in. I would advice HO to change the opening times on Google as apparently they are not correct. Very disappointing

This review is not for the service, which is actually good. I only wanted to say that I’ve been a client of Calzedonia for the past 14 years and specifically of the line “Action” as I need the support for work. The quality has deteriorated to the point that I just put on a new pair this morning only for it to rip two hours later when I was changing to my uniform! The part around the feet, ankles and calves that was the most elastic is now probably 80% less resulting to a very loose fit. One pair used to last for 3 or 4 years, and most times I would only replace it because of discolouration due to laundry and not because they ripped. It’s safe to say that this was the last time I’m buying Calzedonia after all these years!

They need to get bigger curtains that cover the whole cubicle / something to hook the curtain on, or at least not let men stand in the changing area. Was very uncomfortable having a man stand right outside while I’m topless in front of a mirror and the curtains don’t close!! The pants don’t have hygiene strips in. The woman was a bit overbearing, I didn’t get to look at all the bikinis before she took me to the dressing room.
