Very friendly staff, they helped me out with a FREE home delivery because they didn't have the item I wanted in my size. It did take some time but thankfully the staff were happy to help.

These guys are amazing honestly! Every time I come here all the associates are so polite and helpful compared to rude staff from Zara or River Island. These days is really appreciated find a good customer service and you are doing great.

NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED OVERSTAFFED STORE.
Each time I go there I have to wait 10/20 min in a queue to the check out where there is always only one checkouy open
While there is 8/12 staff walking around, folding clothes, chatting etc. The most hipocritic thing about the shop is that there is a message for staff behind the checkout focus on customer.

No idea what manager is doing but this store is the worse ever I have been to. Total ignorance of the customers.

Without a doubt one of the friendliest Hollister stores I have visited. Three male representatives introduced themselves to me, each one was very helpful and the fuss I received made me feel very important 🤭

Love the style and quality of Hollister products. The hoodies are really comfy and warm as well. The t shirts are a little tight me so I get a size up. Love the parka coats from here. They are really top quality.

Love the body mists as well.

It’s a bit dark and cramped instore but I love shopping here. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Happy to help you find sizes and check in the warehouse for you as well.

Great bargains to be had in the sales here. Great products for a great price.

Will continue shopping here in the future.

Always thought Holister wasn't great, was I wrong... my wife managed to get some good quality jeans 👌
