Good selection of clothes for ladies, men and children at very reasonable prices. All ages are catered for. There is also a selection of household items. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes a queue will form but is dealt with very quickly so waiting time is kept to a minimum. There is a toilet with child and disabled facilities. A large car park is right outside the double doors so makes for easy parking. Well worth a visit.

It is just so wonderful as a wheelchair user to be able to maneuver around the whole store. Be able to get to and look at everything I wanted to and more. Another customer decided not to wait in the queue and push in front of me at the tills. The staff member was very quick dealing with the problem and very professional. I'm proud to call this my local store.

Tills badly set out, and a very rude woman, I take it in charge! ?! The way she speaks to customers is disgusting! Used to be a decent place to shop.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was buying items for my grandson . All of which are in sale as shown below. When I got to the checkout one of the items showed full price . I asked a member why they hadn’t been discounted . She replied very rudely with “ this item has been removed and put somewhere else “
When I tried to explain that there were lots of these on a rail , she spoke to me like I was 3 ! Rude lady
I paid and walked back to take this picture, she followed me ! I showed her which ones and she replied with
“Someone has moved this “
I’m afraid from my experience, this is false advertising and the sale should be honoured . Not my fault it had been moved .
She also said “ I should be at home now, not here ! Tried to call the store - no answer . No surprises there!
