Not much collection for the older kids. You can always order online and return in this store, if you have to , for free.
This store is in the St. George mall, Harrow. The staff is very well and trained and they offer excellent service to their clients.
Recently donated clothes in this store and £5 voucher was quickly added to my H&m membership account.
I find this useful as compared to the paper voucher, which they used to issue earlier.
I strongly recommend downloading H&m app on your mobile as it offers great discounts.
Would also recommend this store, in case you are in St. George's mall, Harrow.
But me and my family went to the Harrow branch to find an outfit for my little brother to wear for her birthday. Funnily enough we were all kitted out in h&m clothes.
But as soon as we entered the store we gained a shadow (security) which I can understand at first. But he followed us the WHOLE TIME. When my mum was in the queue for the till. When me and my brother were looking at sunglasses after asking a staff member where they were. The security guard just stood and watched my brother happily flick through sunglasses.
So at this point I had enough and asked him if he was okay which he replied yes and I said I wasn't sure as he followed us the whole time. He stepped back. My THREE year old brother still oblivious to the situation was still playing with the sunglasses to choice from accidentally dropped the holder I mean which you'd had to take off if you want to actually try them on. And as I was picking it up the security came back too to pick it up and said to me ' you have to have the label to buy it' as if myself at 26 didn't already know that. Accusing my brother of trying to steal. Right at the till with every costumer queueing seeing us and my mum keeping and eye on us. My mum saw me having an altercation with the security guard and told us to drop the sunglasses and come and to go somewhere else. I told mum what happened. So when we got to the till we asked to speak to the manager after we purchased our items. As we waited on the side for the manager to come the security guard stood close and watched us. My mum told him to ' come away from my kids ' which he then came closer which we had repeatedly told him to leave us alone. He said we could call the manager if we wanted which we said we was waiting on her and for him to leave us alone. The whole shop was watching at this point. It was embarrassing and he continued to approach and harrass us. Even as we was leaving and the manager spoke to him and he made comments about us as we left.
We was racial profiled from the moment we entered the store, my little brother who is adopted and hasn't had the best start to life at 3 years old being accused of trying to steal. And us as a whole being harassed even after buying items.
H&m has said they would look into this situation but all they've done is send us an offer to accept a measly £15 voucher. I haven't bought from h&m since I don't think I will.
I was able to grab simple, comfortable neutrals on the last three visits. I was also encouraged to download the app henceforth getting a decent discount off my shopping.
Staff are always patient & quite helpful.
