I ordered four pilot shirts and only three arrived. Three emails and almost a month later and still not even a response regarding replacement or refund. It is June 22 and they still have an answerphone message stating that due to Covid restrictions they are unable to man the phones. This stinks of a company on the edge of collapse. I will now be following this up with my credit card company to recover the cost.

July update. Still no response and have reported them to trading standards.

Avoid. Having ordered in Novemeber 2021 and having no problems I didn't think twice to re-order. AVOID Company has completely turned into a sham. No reply to emails, no telephone number now, paid express delivery-nothing. Asking to cancel order-nothing. Think getting my money back will be just has hard as getting my order.

I ordered 3 work tops, all had pulls, material faults and looked like they have been worn before. I have been emailing for over 3 weeks for a return postage label but have been ignored. After just now reading other reviews I wish I hadnt ordered from here in the first place. They are not answering phone due to the laughable excuse of covid restrictions. Which as we all know ended months ago. I strongly recommend avoid using the place. I gave one star only because you can't leave minus stars. Rubbish quality and non existent customer services. CROOKS

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! After 2 weeks I had to chase my order which did eventually arrive but 3 of the 4 items were no longer needed as they were ordered for a trip which I had already returned from by the time the order arrived. I sent the returns signed for, next day delivery and 4 weeks later I have yet to receive a refund. I've sent 2 emails that have had an automated response but no reply and I have yet to receive my refund. VERY VERY annoying. I so wish I had read all the negative reviews first, before ordering. I'm hoping my credit card company will help me with securing a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would leave no stars of I could. Thus company just want to steal your money. I returned a jacket on 5 October with a proof of posting, emailed them on 25 October as I had not had a refund, still no reply so emailed again on 11November attaching a copy of the proof that they have signed for the parcel. Still nothing. I tried to ring them today only to get a recorded message saying "due to covid restrictions" there is no-one to man the phones!! Honestly, are they seriously still using that excuse! I cannot believe they will not repay my money. The jacket was delivered tried on and returned in perfectly good order the next day, there is no excuse for the disgusting customer service of this company. If you are reading this, I would give this company a wide berth.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I ordered at the beginning of November and still haven’t got my order. I’ve emailed everyday for the last week and still not had any reply. I’m not £60 out of pocket and no items to show for it. Absolute scam of a company.

Ordered a product which was £100. Was told item would be dispatched been 3-7 days however it’s been 2 weeks and not had a dispatch email.

I’ve reached out to social pages and customer service but have not had an answer.

Happy to take money out peoples pocket though. Won’t be back

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Their customer service is appalling and customer communication is non existant. I paid extra for express delivery (1 to 3 days) and 2 weeks later and have not received the goods or had any indication when they will be shipped. I tried to cancel my order, but they ignored the email and took payment several days later. Do not buy from this company. They don't deserve your business.
