Get a refund within 5 w days. They made a MistKe and issued a gift card and now no one is responsible for this mistake they won’t issue my refund ?! WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE?!?! I have been trying to call this store for weeks to check up on an order that is now weeks delayed. No one has EVER answered the phone. With no other option I travelled to the store and was told they could not help me as “the warehouse is not answering the phone”. I’ve ordered and paid for an outfit to be delivered to High Street Ken…yet where’s my stuff?!? Or any help/guidance?!? Not ok.

I've been in the store a couple of times and it's organized, clean and tidy. I love Inditex but in particular, I like Massimo Dutti and if the sales assistants are lovely and are always willing to help you, then your shopping becomes fun and pleasant!

I recently have visited this Nice Store and was extremely impressed with the variety of products they had to offer. The store was well-stocked with a wide selection of items, from clothing to electronics to home goods. I was also very pleased with the customer service I received. The staff were friendly and helpful and expecialy Gigi she is very freindly and helpful, offering advice and assistance whenever I needed it. They even went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, my experience at Nice Store was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

Store is small with limited range. The staff have no clue what they have in store and need a code to check if they have something in store, even when given detailed description over the phone asking for a specific item and looks nothing like anything else they would have in stock. So the staff just obviously don't care and can't be bothered. Totally unhelpful.
