I ordered a t-shirt on Monday night for next day delivery. I get a message from Hermes that it had been delivered when it hadn’t. I emailed Usc but have had no response, then the next day I get another message from hermes to say it’s going to be delivered but guess what still not received and you can’t get in touch with them and still had no reply from usc. This is disgusting they are quick enough to take your money, I want someone from usc to sort this out.

Ordered some jeans, and it took them multiple weeks for them to even ship it. Turns out they don't have a threshold for free shipping, so I had to pay £4.99 for delivery even after buying £100+ worth of clothes. In addition to this the customer has to flip the bill for returns delivery.
