Primark

Nice and tidy store. Easy layout to find what you are looking for. Really wide selection of products on every department. They have expanded their beauty section. The negative is that they never have enough staff operating the tills. I can understand weekends as the footfall is really high, but weekdays should not be the case for queues.

A good place to find cheaper or affordable alternatives of clothes bags and footwear of men, women and children, some home items, cosmetics, and luggages, etc. Price is unbelievable cheap almost like those offered from charity second hand shops, but all the products selling in Primark are new and some are trendy, too. Of course you get what you pay for and you cannot expect the quality are as good as more expensive stores like M&S. Even you have nothing to buy in Primark, it is fun to look around.

Great big store, but the boys section is very small. They never seemed to have the stock that I require. It's not that I'm looking for anything special, I'm talking about the basics, like plain black jogging bottoms for two children aged 6-7. The boys prinark range is pretty limited. Can we get more sizes please?

Primark has always been my first choice in shopping in Ealing- NOT ONLY because it's cost effective BUT ALSO there is a choice of variety, style , ambience, customer service and sales most importantly excellent TEAM work by ALL in the store and customer satisfaction. .😊Pocket friendly with a peace of mind

This is one of my favourite Primark to go to compared to Oxford Street, Westfield, Wembley. Reason being it's much less crowded than them and their checkout moves faster here. The staff are very nice and I can always find my sizes. I also like how they have lots of stock if I go to shop at 5pm but if I go to Westfield at 5pm it's like someone robbed the shop.

Big store, lots of cloths, very busy as usual, lots of mess as usual, long queues at the checkout, but it is moving and only spent 2-3 mins standing, they had 9/10 checkout open which is good. Overall found what we were looking for, but boys section is too small and tbh better value elsewhere imho. Overall good experience.

Primark at the Ealing broadway is one of the best place to shop for clothes and fashion wear. It’s filled with lots of variety and blended with the latest fashion. It’s a good place for children clothing too. It has 2 floors thinking one for women and the other for men. I love the jackets here wow there were a whole lot of them and I too picked one for myself. The prices are reasonable too. A must visit place if you are at Ealing broadway.

Affordable clothing, lots of choice.
Clothing and home section. Queues were not too bad. Customer service was of a high standard. Very happy with the sale item I purchased - beautiful light jacket. I usually dislike shopping in person and tend to purchase online a lot. But this experience was okay.
