Very poor customer service. Went the other day to get a light weight waterproof jacket because of the change in the weather, they didn't have my size so I asked if they could order one for me. Was told by the manager it was lucky they wasn't busy as if they were she wouldn't bother to do the order!!! Even when there are posters and signs saying if they haven't got what you want ask them to order online!!! Today ordered some sandals from the m and co website, got them delivered to Bromsgrove as it's my local store. While collecting my order I noticed they have a bra fitting service. I asked the manager (the same miserable one from before) would it be possible if someone could do a quick measurement as I needed a new bra. She looked at the other assistant and said "are you any good at it?", the woman replied "not really", the manager then said she couldn't do it and to come back either Friday or Sunday when another women could do it. I said I wouldn't be in town on those days but would anyone be available to measure me on Saturday, she replied "don't bother coming in on Saturday as it's our busy day and we wouldn't measure you". No kidding!!! She's actually saying they are too busy to serve a customer and to sell their products to them. I'm sure m and co wouldn't be too pleased if they knew the manager was actually turning business away.

Excellent assistance from polite friendly staff. All clothes are well made and launder very well. Still buying all my clothes here, after 11 years, and love everything about them.
