Staff helpful, not as much choice as there once was

Great choice for small town with hardly and fashion shops

Great staff always helpful

Good but abit expensive

I went into the Barrow store on a Sunday and the customer service was shocking. The minute I walked in the whole staff began to stare at me and kept gossiping (about other staff members) loudly enough for me to hear. When I went over to the till strawberry rock was covering the till like someone had ate it and just threw it on the till area, So when I purchased my items I noticed they where covered in rock when I left the store. Also, one women who was staff sat on the glass panel where the shoes are. Never once did I get asked if I needed help, never once did I feel as though they actually cared about their customers. Even when I went to the till all the staff members stared at me and one member (who was behind the till helping the women who put my transaction through) rolled her eyes and huffed at me. This shop is absolutley shocking and all due to the manager not being present on a Sunday. If I was a mystery shopper then the place would have gotten 10% at most. I've been to river island a couple of time but never once have I been this genuinely shocked by the lack of customer service and the lack of intuitive given by the staff. Atrocious is an understatement.

I love all the clothes they have there so it is a good store

Got my shiny sandals that everyone comments on then says I wouldnt pay that for them well, I would they extra comfy they sparkle now to wait for sun..
