Worked in the profession of HR for many years at a variety of companies in a number of sectors. Unfortunately due to a downturn in work I have had to take up a job I probably wouldn't have expected ever to do. (Mortgage to pay, kids to feed, needs must!) Never have I experienced the shambolic running of a company especially through such a dangerous time as this pandemic. Poor management from the top down. Untrained, young Supervisors that have been doing the job for 5 mins so very inexperienced. Very poor management of COVID regulations. Agency staff have to wear masks but the full time staff do not!! Very disappointed at my experience here.

I've worked for the company via an agency! Terrible people to work for, especially the 20 year old supervisor Morgan, she has no idea how to do her job, speaks to you like rubbish and rolls her eyes at you when you ask for help! The conversations she has with the other workers who subsequently are her friends are disgusting talking about sexual relationships with men from different races and comparing 'body parts' not the kind of behaviour staff like myself want to hear. Honestly she needs the sack, Morgan is the supervisor on the night shift at the bromsgrove warehouse

does this brand have physical stores?

I should have read the reviews before ordering 🤦‍♀️ many products are too much photoshopped and some cuts are absolutely tricked on shoots: the waist fitted jeans on the pictures appeared to be huge square “parachutes”. Sent them for the return and had to pay for delivery: customer service just “apologized” without proposing to refund the delivery (knowing that I bought quite a lot of products). I think they don’t care of losing a client. Very disappointing experience.

Company and manager are great but Sandra day shift manager are awful...I asked for change shift and she lied all the time and made that I'm not allowed come back in company...some people have zero tolerance for hard workers and I'm not first who's left job for same reason...
