H&M

I generally dislike clothes shopping at Xmas but the staff at this store made it a simple and pleasurable experience. Really good value and great fashion items too. I’ll definitely be going back.

The staff there are really good and helpful and are really polite, the prices are very good for their very high standard of clothing. I would recommend this shop any person in the world if they were to go to H&M.

Such ignorant staff!! I stood and waited at an empty till for a member of staff to arrive; for them then to serve a foreign woman who had swanned over and dumped a garment on the till. No concept of customer service whatsoever - I WILL NOT RETURN!
It will close down soon enough anyway.

Great range, good prices, reflect what you pay for. Only gripe, wish it was more organised ie trousers, shirts, jumpers ect, really easy to miss what your looking for & sometimes to much on rails so again hard to find what you're looking for but great when you find it. Brilliant sales if you have the time & inclination to rummage!

Nice bright store. Shopped here with my wife who got some real bargains. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Very accessible via large double doors.

H&M is a great place to shop. The staff is always lovely and they have sales very often so you can shop there even if you're on a budget 😌

This store is closing, leaving less options for shopping in durham and never mind probable job losses. I will never purchase anything from H&M ever again!

This is a great shop for lovely, affordable clothes. Myself any my two very posh friends all got some great stuff in the sale today. Yippee!!
