I went in not knowing what I wanted and left extremely satisfied. It got a little busy but I never felt unattended to, Emilia was really helpful and had great knowledge of the product. Will definitely shop here again.

Been to the store twice recently. The people working there just can't be bother . There are always three staff standing near the front door. They either chat amongst themselves or just standing there. They need to improve their customer service. Hobbs opposite has much better customer service. I was after the pink coat, I seen it on their website, if ever any of the staff said Hello or ask if I need any help, I would have purchased the coat. They are rude...
