Expensive. Quality of the clothes look good and it is stylish. However looking on close inspection of all these clothings are poor. Stitching and Buttons are not secured. The overclocking stitch fall apart.
Very disappointing as far as I concerned. I used to buy them in the 80s and 90s. Far better quality then and last.

I would like to say the reason why I don’t shop in Crawley river island the manager is so unhelpful she shouted at me told me I was stressing her out and behaved in such a manor that some one like her shouldn’t work with the public remember the Custer is always right .. she had a piercing above her lip and she had greasy hair and she had a bad attitude it’s disgusting that someone screams at a customer when I was returning items which was a gift for my mother in law they where to big as we all know covid after Xmas was everywhere and when someone like me has no immune systems due to having chemo and then being screamed at and then I asked for her name she told me to ****off I would definitely suggest don’t go there if you want to return anything the manager needs 100% to be sacked. Don’t go there stay away they are unprofessional and rude people.

Love this shop, have a broad range, always got a sale of some sort on, kids clothes are beautiful, there are changing rooms also, one star marked down as not always true to size, especially with bikinis, there's the higher prices of the highstreet brands

Unexpectedly good prices for rather nice clothes. Great bags. Black Friday deals 20% off everything. What's not to love?

They earned the five stars all the staff and the managers were exceptional.
I will mention a particular name of the girl name Saira her Customer service and dealing was outstanding really like the way she deal with us regarding our purchases.

Worse customer service and experience ever with the young girl on shift on Sunday 22nd January who was meant to have been a manger I slipped in the shop with no caution or wet floor signs in place at the time she was every rude and very judgemental will never be returning back to this shop again

Well i was going to leave a 5 star after a member of staff ( Vicky) went above & beyond top help me choose an outfit .on 19.6.21 ( afternoon time )i said it would be great to have a personal shopper,. I did not plan anything that day as my partner was to treat me so i asked if it can be put aside till the morning , which stated i can not but i convince her i be back in the morning. On return Sunday 20.6.21 i went up to the cashier and said i put something aside , i get a telling off WE DONT PUT ANYTHING ASIDE ! i explained the day before and she said NOTHING HERE SO IT GONE BACK OUT ! the jacket in question was not on the shop floor and it was the only one left. The member of staff was abrupt and never apologised but made me as a grown woman being told off if i was a member of her staff. Another point no staff new each others name ? I located the manager who again pointed out we don't put items aside, ok so where did it go from the end of the day to opening the next day ? nobody looked for it out the back either , i had to asked the manger that too. Your items are not cheap so should be offering a better service to your customer like Vicky that went beyond her duties to help her customer and make a sale , rest of the staff on Sunday where a let down
