Very bad service, went in yesterday to pick up a parcel which i had to wait an hour for them to bring it out. Today i went back to get a bigger size on the clothing item but no stock in store which wasent a problem, the man at the till accidentally threw my bag in the bin and walked away, his colleague found it in the bin and asked if i wanted it, absolute insult that is! I said just give me a bag ill pay for it.
They have no respect, will never shop here again.

This place ruined my sisters wedding. Ordered a 3 piece suit to have tailored. The first 2 items arrived and I took them to the tailor to have altered and fitted. The waistcoat was left and having called after the initial missed date to confirm if I can pick up they said yes. I come to the store and no come back after a few days. I reconfirm on the phone if they will have it and they said yes.

Come one day before my sisters wedding and they tell me they’ve lost the order. They tell me this one day before my sisters wedding when I have already paid out of pocket to have the suit tailored and can’t change. They had many chances to check this and confirm but they didn’t they kept telling me to wait and wait confirming that it will come. This is a joke from Next that isn’t even a minor inconvenience, she wanted her brothers to all come in with the same suits and unfortunately her dreams were ruined by Next so thanks a lot.

I loved it here. We ordered something via the machine and it came in only 5-10 mins. But the store also is very big and nice. You should refurbish some of your stores to make it look like this and I 100000000% recommend this.

This store has a great vibe and has a lot of stock. Unfortunately, what let's it down is the number of staff that work at peak times, especially on the weekend. If you have ordered something to collect in store, be sure to turn up 45 mins to an hour before, as that's how long it will take for your order to come out.

My chinos for work were falling apart so I visited beckton store. Jaslima on Men's wear with polite approach and professionalism was able to locate just the perfect work trousers for me being hundred miles away from Cardiff I was stressed also worried she was truly a great sales just what i needed from this day onwards NEXT clothing on my list. thank you

The service is terrible, visited on the 5th of November, a woman was incredibly invasive and rude, made me feel uncomfortable, Didnt work the till correctly, she kept my change, saw her take money from the charity tin too. Just do the job.

Girl on the counter was very rude, can tell she’s a big head and a loud mouth. Didn’t get her name but she had a bit of meat on her and was Bengali looking. Was at the front desk. Needs to be beheaded

For all the next cloths, accessorise, home. Furniture and other products lover this is one of the most spacious, free. Parking facility branch..
I side the store and one the 1st floor coffee facility. Out door are open and airy so very easy to come out and take a small break from mask.
During the pandamic there wee long queue for pick up and return in the sore where they serve the customer and now fully open. They have good collection of cloths for shildren, man and women.
