Terrible disabled access. There is a sign that says there is a ramp available, but you have to ask in store for a member of staff to get it. I'm a wheelchair user and if I was able to get in store to ask a member of staff if I could use the ramp then I wouldn't need one in the first place. There should at least be a bell to ring if you are in need of assistance. When I was shopping I was on my own and had nobody to go in and ask for me. When I emailed fatface about this they told me I am more than welcome to use their website instead, which wasn't really an answer to my question of whether they could provide a bell to ring for assistance. I won't be using your website, I'll just be taking my custom elsewhere.

Can be pricey but an excellent range of well made casual clothes. Stocks men's, womens and children's ranges

Nice high Street clothes, top end price

Plenty of choice for men and women. However I think it as womm shop. The mens things seems to be hidden away. You really have to look for them to find them.

Why can't the clothes be folded instead of just scrunched up? Not overly impressed today.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices are good and clothes are quality but more diverse men’s selection wouldn’t go amiss.
