New Look

I haven't been shopping on the high street for years, so when I popped into New Look just for a browse really, I was asked if I needed any help whilst trying on a pair of boots! (wow) anyway to cut a long story short, the girl who served me went above and beyond my expectations and I ended up leaving with a brand new outfit and a great and refreshing shopping experience. Customer service, I felt like I had my own personal shopper. 😁

I use to love shopping at New Look for men’s fashion, however they’ve now removed the section and replaced it with Girls 915.

Very disappointing to hear, since I prefer to look and try on clothes before I purchase. So I’ll be looking elsewhere in Salisbury for mens clothing.

I enjoyed buying from there. Good prices and find all sizes.

I was served by a girl called Natalie. She was so polite and friendly. She helped me with all I was looking for. She went above and beyond to ensure I got all I was looking for. She made me feel like it was no problem when I was trying to find what I needed. Lovely girl with amazing customer service.

Quite a large shop with a great assortment of items.

Probably a perfectly average shopping experience, should you choose to indulge. Quite why the proprietors consider it acceptable to assault the centre of a picturesque cathedral city with the ‘beats’ of an over-enthusiastic DJ is beyond me though.

Lovely selection of gifts for Christmas, a light and airy store loving the night wear section, definitely worth a revisit.
