Limited choices and a bit pricey, given that it's next to monsoon, Tk max and M&S who seem to have a lot more variety at competitive prices. That said, the shop looks quite modern and trendy with the staff being quite helpful and friendly.

Poor level of stock, unhelpful staff... the only seem to have a very limited sizes stocked so you won’t get want you want, staff are unwilling to help and rather would be slouched over the counter than help you.

I would give Zero 0 but unfortunately I can't. The server Isabel has been quite rude when I have been trying to find out why it's taking long. I've asked for the manager to look into it. Been here for over half hour just to collect my packages. Very poor customer service, Next.

I needed a suit for a funeral and initially tried M&S in Hemel (incredibly limited range). Then tried Next in Hemel. Sadly, unless you wear sandals with a suit or are a member of the Miami Vice Fanclub, you'd be out of luck. Lady in Hemel M&S said try London Colney, but on arrival the available sizes were for skinny Minnies! Tried Next London Colney as a last resort. Glad I did. Super helpful lady (Mandy) looking after the changing rooms morphed into my personal stylist! She was a massive help, and saved the day. Thank you Next, thank you Mandy.

Poor selection of stock and always out of the size I need for myself or the kid’s. Mens department is the only good thing about the store. In store Costa is a bonus.

Helen & Mandy in Next Home went over and above to help my parents today with their purchase, they are a great asset to the store and staff like this are hard to find these days !

I have no idea what this store does with online orders placed to collect - I have lost count of the times I have gone to collect items I have had notification of that have arrived for collection only to be told ‘they can’t find them’. Not only that, you wait an eternity and usually need to find a member of staff to see if anyone is actually getting parcels. This happens all the time, not a one off, it’s just ridiculous!

The mens trousers were so unorganised it was hard to find a size. Not just one or two rails/sections, literally every rail. From jeans to trousers, chinos etc, it was a complete mess.
