Today was the first time I went shopping other than groceries since lockdown.
I popped into FatFace and was blown away by the thought and care they’d gone to to keep customers safe.
The staff members working were beyond helpful and cheerful, showing us the new procedures on how to shop safely from hand sanitizers at the shop door to the screens at the tills. The shopper does all the hanger removal and bag usages and of course contactless card payment. I safe safe and happy well done FF x

Have purchased clothing at Fat Face, Godalming since it was re-opened on 15th June and all the sizes and items I purchased were in store but sold out online!! Very nice, helpful staff, Jessie and Mark and top marks for our local store.

Always like to go into the shop and have a look round, and now with the new precautions in place is no different. Just been in, staff as friendly as always and selection of stock to look at brilliant.

Really lovely staff, very helpful. As a vulnerable person I really appreciate the extra precautions you have set up post-Covid! :-)

Took a star off just because they don't have the larger sizes in store a lot of the time.

A few weeks ago I visited the Godalming store with my mother on her first shopping trip since a rather scary bout of cancer, operations and chemo. She went into the changing rooms to try a top on, choosing the very end stall and left it partially open incase I needed to rush in if she felt weak. This was more for her comfort than because of an actual risk. A staff member then came up to her stall in an otherwise empty changing room, looked at my mother in her bra about to try the item on, frowned and ordered my mum to close it, in what was interpreted by both of us as a pretty angry, disgusted tone. My poor mum, already struggling with post-op body issues, put her top back on and left the changing rooms horrified and embarrassed. She asked if we could leave immediately. I appreciate the staff did not know about her situation, but it may beneficial for them to think before they speak in the future,, ask if the access has been left open for a reason before assuming and to use a kinder tone.

Though our experience of the staff was one star, the range of clothes was uninspiring, the clothes are clearly of a good quality which is why I have given two stars in total.
