Return policy for this franchise is bad. We got Zara clothes as gifts but were not given a gift receipt. We asked to exchange for one size up, the clothes still had their tags, labels and bag but we were not given a exchange which is a bad policy. Stuck with useless clothes from Zara. Thanks for having bad policies.

Nice shop and lovely clothing to choose from, it would have been nice if the assistant taking payment could have stopped using her phone whilst serving my daughter!!

Very untidy. Low stock. Not displayed well. Not a zara shopping experience. Would rather go to Bristol cabbots circus or order online.

Very long queues because they only have 2 tills open, but thats understandable due to social distancing. My main issue is their very strange sizing. I bought three items in a size large, 1 fit perfectly, 1 was too large and the other didnt do up. The item i took back, they said i should recieve the refund almost instantly, and 2 days later i still havent recieved it.

Not the best, prices are now well up with lower designer brands.... Just not worth the outlay.
Non branded baseball hats for example over £30.... Really

Rat of a manager lady with short hair who works here. Completely rude overheard the lady in front of me in the queue try to explain a returning item only to ignore her and make things awkward and long and shout at her.

Amazing clothes range, great customer service and great prices.

Whilst the clothes are OK albeit the sizes are questionable the queuing time spent in store to purchase or return items is appalling. It is at least 20 mins each time. I understand that with covid restrictions that only 2 tills are open but the staff spend half their time hangi g up returns and not serving. I appreciate the fact that the staff are friendly and welcoming but when you are waiting in a queue for 20 mins you dont want to hear where the person in front of you will be going to wear their outfit. I don't care. Sort it out Zara?!!
