We made contact with vinyl bear through a friend. Explained a simple t-shirt job and were waiting for contact for proofs (confirmation of job description, some companies do a mock up image). No proofs were provided.
This meant the job was done incorrectly. Sadly time was against us and we had a deadline for t-shirts. When we tried to rectify this vinyl bear became unresponsive and didn't reply to facebook messages. We also realised there is no contact telephone number available either.
We went to PayPal dispute but sadly, custom orders aren't covered by PayPal protection. This meant we were unable to get a refund and return the incorrectly printed items. Vinyl bear is still unresponsive.

I got a lovely bike chain themed hoodie from Vinyl Bear. It’ll be a christmas present for my son and he’ll love it: nice, warm material and very eco-friendly. Recommended,

Vinyl Bear have produced a few one off custom prints for me for gifts which have been very well recieved, now I just need to order myself something!
