I just can’t thank Hayley and Robin enough for their support after the death of my dear mum. Also Shane and everyone else behind the scenes. From the moment I met Hayley she came across as professional, compassionate and caring. Very well versed in her role and nothing was too much trouble. Robin’s presence during my mother’s funeral was seamless. Everything was just beautiful from beginning to end. This experience has confirmed that I have chosen the right company in my own funeral plan. Be proud guys!

The service provided by the staff at John Nodes was exceptional. My uncle died recently and the nursing home recommended this funeral service. Right from the first meeting with Robin, we were taken through what we needed to do, in a very calm, professional manner. Robin and Hayley couldn’t have been more helpful, and the whole process went very smoothly, without any problems.

They were kind, sympathetic and a joy to work with, and we are very grateful that my Uncle had a perfect funeral.

I went to John Nodes on Ladbroke Grove after the death of my dad.
Without making a prior appointment I was met by a lovely caring person who was both professional and compassionate and that was Hayley.
My experience of planning my dad’s funeral from start to finish was made easier by Hayley and the gentleman that is Robin.

We used Hayley and her team at John Nodes on Ladbroke Grove for our mothers funeral. They made every step so easy and were so kind and helpful with all our requests. We asked for a carriage pulled by black horses, when they arrived they looked so beautiful and it was just so perfect for the last journey up to the cemetery. For what was an extremely difficult time, Hayley made things seem so easy, she was professional but kind, very responsive with emails and updates. The whole thing went perfectly on the day. So a huge thank you to John Nodes. Excellent service.
