Terrible service, the salesperson was so rude called me all sort of names when I asked why I wasn't informed about the delay in my parcel arrival.
Terrible person he is Duni...or Dumi I cant even recall his name.
Then i finally go the items after over a month, more than half were large sizes (size 16 and above), meanwhile he lied to me saying there will only be a few big sizes.
Then there were children's clothes in my parcel as well (I ordered for adult female clothes why should I get for kids)
I paid for a 25kg parcel but the parcel weighed 24kg.
I paid for summer clothes but he gave me a heavy items!
A particular dress in my parcel weighed about 1kg, one dress alone!!!
Don't ever buy from them they are not to be trusted.
I wish i could attach screenshots of our chat as proof...and then finally when I complained to him after receiving the items he blocked me.
They are Terrible, don't every waste money doing business with them.

I see you have responded.... have u forgotten so soon that u claimed u sent them on Friday? I called on monday and you said it will get to them that day. You had the tracking number so clearly u could see that it was stick but u didn't tell me anything till Wednesday when I asked.
And you sent 24.1 kg including the weight of the box and I chatted you telling you this but you are here lying that its 24.6.
Now u r claiming u wanted to refund me? You should have. You only started blabbing about me returning the items after you know it was already out of the UK. Lol...

THIS IS A BIG JOKE! This company owes me 1000 GBP and still no refund/compensation until now. It's almost a year, they keep on delaying their payments. Don't trust this company!!!!!
