Excellent service for our group to the airport on Bank holiday Monday! Nothing was too much trouble. Loaded our bags, offered us water and were absolutely spot on, particularly with some of our party who needed extra assistance. Thank you Barry.

We used big minibus Ltd for first time to go to Newmarket races for the day May 1st 2022 driver was fantastic as well as bus and contact was spot on.

We used Big Minibus Ltd for the day of our wedding and the service they provided was worthy and efficient, the feedback I received from our guests was positive and the drivers were punctual. Would recommend. A+ all round!

We were recommended Big Bus by one of our party and we were delighted with the service we received to take us to our Golf venue in Uckfield. Mark and Barry packed our luggage, Clubs and Trolleys patiently and carefully into the trailer and bus making sure we were comfortably seated.The communication was excellent throughout the booking and travel arrangements and we are definitely going to rebook for next year's trip. Barry was a dream to deal with from start to finish! He transported 15 sixteen year old girls to Wales for their Duke of Edinburgh expedition and returned them home safely. His chirpy disposition made the girls’ journey to and from Wales a pleasant experience and he even provided them with a speaker to play their music! Nothing was too much trouble for Barry. I would highly recommend him!

We hired a new 16 seater mini bus for a wedding event. It arrived on time at the start of the day and collected us promptly after the event. Very important for the wedding guests. The communications prior to the day were excellent and the cost was very competitive. I was very pleased with the whole transport experience.
