The service was excellent. Driver arrived on time and communicated the day before and earlier on in the day before arrival. Very professional and helped with the luggage. Nice and clean minibus, with plenty of space for all our luggage. His driving was nice and smooth. Will definitely use your services again.

Our family used Travel Force's services on 2 occasions recently and on both occasions we received a highly professional, reliable and friendly service from the Company. The mini bus was very spacious and clean and the driver Mr Nadeem was very polite and the journey was very smooth. Fantastic service. Used this company as a return journey to the airport. great communication from start to finish by texts and email. Driver was prompt & polite both journeys and although we were longer coming through airport he communicated with us & waited. Impressive, all mini buses brand new , easy access into it as we had a day trip to sea side , from care home , very comfortable chairs, friendly drivers. Nice driving. Will use it as a regular! Highly recommend

I would definitely use your services again. Only thing that was a bit tricky was the original information about hand luggage was misleading. Fortunately we had a couple of spare seats so we managed!

Service and travel to the airport was fine. However a little disappointed, advised that we were a large party travelling to the airport. The vehicle was not equipped to hold the amount of luggage we had for a party of ten. Our luggage was piled high upon the back seats of the vehicle. God forbid had there been an impact the rear doors would have been obstructed it would have been better to use a vehicle big enough to hold all our luggage. Invoice #11760 from Travel Force
