This firm has ZERO consideration for the environment - I asked a driver in Westminster to turn off his idling engine and he shut the door in my face. When I contacted customer services I had an extremely unpleasant reply that agreed that the driver should idle his engine to keep the A/C on (it is 14 degrees outside at the moment - COLD!) Our planet is DYING from these filthy polluting Diesel engines and London air is so badly polluted. A good attitude from coach drivers would go a long way to improving this

Went on a day trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park with Marchants and from booking to dropping us off they were great.
Booking office friendly and helpful and the driver was happy and chatty.

i booked a day trip to bournemouth on the 25/8/22 got on at gloucester and the driver kevin was absolute amazing he helped me on and off the coach and carried my bags to my seat when he came and picked every one up to head home i and i am sure every one on that day trip was really gratetful to him even thought he had to go the long way home due to the m4 and birdlip hill road was closed and he had to yet again go the long way round to get to back to gloucester and cheltenham i have a 3 more day trips booked and i hope the drivers r as helpful as kevin was could not have a better day and a very good driver thank u so much off to dawlish& teignmouth on the 8/9/22 and i am hoping that trip is as good as the day trip to bournemouth thank u so much

Fantastic Bournemouth trip,the driver Antony was great,looking forward to future breaks away.Would be happy if was to see Antony on many more.

A slightly different review- can’t actually review how they are as a company or what there coaches are like as I’ve never been on one, However what I can say is when they drive along the old Cirencester road (Speed limit varies from 50MPH/60MPH) and you have a Marchants Coach driving 45MPH TOPS! Cars behind sounding their horns and flashing as there’s about 20 cars all waiting to get home and he doesn’t pull in at the various safe spots to do. It doesn’t do wonders for your brand

Will always travel with marchent. Clean tidy, happy drivers..

I would post zero if it allowed. Recently booked a trip for myself and my family to go on. We could not go on the trip in the end. We have been told we will not be given any type of refund. We explained that this was my children's birthday presents and that they was really looking forward to going. No commuication and no refunds if you cannot go to the trip. the company is a disgrace that treats its customers poor. The company have also admitted to having no policy for special needs customers which I really find hard to believe. They also think its acceptable to speak to pregnant woman and people with special needs like they are nothing and leave children upset. Will not be using again
And advice to think twice before using yourself

Arrived at our destination mid day and the driver decided to cut our time short by an hour to beat the traffic back. 4 hours (at £42pp) at kew gardens was not nearly enough time to see even half the attraction :(
