Nice food. Lovely setting. Clean toilets. Slow bar service though, could do with more staff massive queues that took ages to go down. Would be good if you could mix the 2for £12 cocktails but not allowed.

Lovely place and a great venue, love the music and atmosphere. However was disappointed the booth we had booked for our wedding guests had been given to another party. We were given another booth but not the flowery one which I had asked for and had my heart set on. We were given a tree of cocktails which was a nice touch, but still felt let down for our special day

Wow! We booked a cocktail making class for a hen do yesterday and it was BRILLIANT! Tyrone was absolutely fantastic, made us laugh from start to finish, gave us lots of facts about the cocktails we were making which was really interesting and made us feel so welcome. The cocktails were delish! He'd set the bar up lovely with all of the garnishes and glasses were at the ready for some fizz. I've been to these classes before at other bars and this was by far the best one. We had so much fun, he absolutely made the hen do for us! We even booked a table to come back later in the evening because we'd been so impressed with how our afternoon went! Tyrone, thank you again for making the hen do brilliant, you're a credit to that bar and we hope your manager sees this! From Charlotte, Alisha, Taylor, Robyn, Hannah and Lynsay! X

Had Bottomless Brunch on Friday and paid for the upgraded menu, the waitress serving us was absolutely fantastic. Extremely attentive, literally never had an empty glass. The food was really good, we had a beef burger and chicken burger, both well cooked and tasty. Two of our originally booked party couldn't make it but they still took their deposit off the bill for the two of us. Great service, would definitely book again.

Visited for lunch on a weekdays. The pub was quiet with plenty of space. The food was good and reasonably priced. There was obviously a good selection of draft larger. I will definitely visit again.

First time at a Slug & Lettuce and what an amazing visit. Mark and Jess were just fabulous, we didn't want to leave. The food was wonderful and the cocktails were the best I have ever had. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much, we will be recommending to everyone. :)

Our party visited on 21st December for Bottomless Brunch. The experience was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for our servers Martin and Jake, they really made sure we were well looked after. We definitely recommend a visit.

Three of us went at a quiet time for N early evening meal in the run up to Christmas. Rainbow staircase, flower garlands, glitz and glitter were the first impressions but, like a date you meet on a boozy night out, it isn't up to much when you tear the sequins away. The drinks offer looked good, two cocktails in a deal, but it turns out that the cocktails are so expensive you can only really buy them in the deal and then you have to have two the same. We ordered three different meals from the main menu and two of them were unavailable. The staff were sweet but we left feeling that it lacked the substance for a second date.
