Located on the brayford wharf with about 4 outside tables with waterside views, This Costa store is actually just inside the Odeon Cinema Complex, with a patio style/ bi-folding doors which actually opens up the inside 15 tables to the outside space on a hot day as it was when I visited. The Staff service was slow which I put down to a 5 or 6 drinks order infront of me which was a mix of iced coffee, fruit coolers & Frappes due to the extremely warm weather ,these can be time consuming to make but still the order was questioned by the customer as it was a drink short ! ...possibly a lack of communication between the 2 fellas on duty.I would advise to leave plenty of time if your planning to have a coffee before watching a film.I would like to thank the lady on ticket duty for the Odeon ,who allowed my wife through to use the toilet facilities wile I waited for a drink in the costa queue .

Although you can use your loyalty card, you can't redeem your free drinks.
It's about time for the manager to take some action and start to appreciate customer needs.

Would vote 0 stars if possible, went in for a coffee with family and there was no queue. Stood in front of the cash desk for 5 minutes only to be ignored by two members of staff. They were moving up and down the counter and just completely ignored us, until we left without ordering. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of service

If you are GLUTEN FREE don’t bother going to Costa anymore ! Went in and was told that the normal gf range has been replaced with the festive sandwich’s that AREN’T gluten free. This seems really unfair and was very disappointing for my family who were looking forward to a family lunch.

Decent costa inside the odeon, good service and friendly staff. Only complaint would be the small amount of available seating but this is limited by the size of the establishment. Worth sitting down for lunch here.

Constant alarms going off ruin the view, my friend and I had to leave after about half an hour of it when they seemed very laid back about it. Apparently it's like that constantly, not surprised it's empty
