Costa Coffee

Very untidy overall, I fetched a bottle of detergent and cloth from the cleaning area myself to clean a table.
Toilets are revolting.
Three members of staff all behind the counter, which again is very cluttered and untidy.

Lovely Costa Coffee. Staff are really nice too. Highly recommend the Ruby hot chocolate.

Spotlessly clean. Superb friendly service and nothing is too much trouble. It is plain to see that the team love working together and for the manager who is clearly a dedicated leader. The perfect place to meet friends or take some quiet time to recharge.

We have just had the pleasure of being served by Aadam (with two A's) at Market St Costa.
Totally went above and beyond with service... So pleasant and helpful.

I don’t normally review mainstream cafes, but the staff here were excellent and supportive in catering for a coeliac! Wiped down tables and double checked all allergen guidance! Very friendly and welcoming too.

Don't want to pay? Go tkmax and grab a big bag of coffee cheap and make at home, can't be bothered? Then stay at Costa and grab a nice cup of coffee instead

Great Costa, lost of seating with a cosy upstairs. Staff are aways friendly and efficient. Love the autumn range of drinks and food.
