Costa Coffee

Nice coffe and good choice of food and snacks 👍

This was the second time that I have visited Costa in Chorley.
The first time I requested extra hot Latte. It was barely warm and I had to ask for a fresh HOT one for my friend and myself. The lady serving me obliged and was very pleasant.
I called yesterday and the same thing happened. The Latte was barely warm again. Even though I had ordered extra hot. This was rectified at once.
The toilet had no tissue paper at all. I had to ask for it to be replenished. This was both embarrassing and unacceptable.
Now, either the shop is not staffed enough or the staff are not up to the job. I (Anyone who visits) would expect and should receive better service especially since your prices are so high.
The staff were helpful and pleasant

The coffees were as good as usual, we opted for some of M&S range of sandwiches for a change. As we sat outside because we had our dog with us, I noticed, some others had bought sandwiches with cardboard wrappers, which were being blown about in the street, so when I took our empty wrappers inside to dispose of them, I suggested they provide a bin for their rubbish as people were leaving it on tables to be blown about the street. Unfortunately my suggestion didn't seem to meet with approval.

Poor service! First and last time in this Costa. I waiting for 8 minutes with no queue in front of me. The 2 girls who were making drinks didn’t look up, acknowledge me, give me an estimated time or even apologies for the delay. After 8 minutes I decide to leave as I still had not been acknowledged.

Dissapointing experience. The majority of the comfy chairs have been stripped out in favour of uncomfortable sit-up chairs. Lots of hard surfaces make for a noisy experience. 🦻
Good disability access with a disability accessible WC.👍 Today it was poorly maintained and messy. ☹️
Coffee as predictable for Costa. 😁

Went to Costa coffee today for a festive Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate drink, the hot chocolate was fabulous unlike the miserable girl who served me it was like it was to much trouble for her to be there which isn't good when you are trying to get into the festive mood and paying nearly £4 for a drink!!!😏

Visited this branch of costa,for the first time in quite a while; ordered a breakfast type barm cake and a pot of tea (for the record).
Good,tasty barm - tea was a bit luke-warm.bit dissapointing.
Friendly staff,quick and efficient service.
Quite a good experience on the whole.

Pretty much the same as before.good food and drink.a bit of a wait at counter for order but helpful and friendly staff all the same.

Love their lattes and hot chocolates great for taking on a walk. Plus with a costa account you get rewards.
