Starbucks

At 7.10am today I couldn't order a coffee because the coffee machine was still warming up from it being turned on first thing. This coffee shop opened at 6.30am, there's no way Starbucks wouldn't be able to serve a coffee at 6.30am on the dot. Someone was late and the store couldn't fulfil its one purpose.

The manager had a go at me for screaming in the drive thru even though it wasn’t me, and then gave me the worst coffee of all time. I asked for a caramel iced latte with double caramel and I got just milk more or less. Absolutely ridiculous

I have often used the drive through here, but decided to take the kids there on my birthday to grab a quick lunch. After waiting an age for the food to be warmed up, it turns out they had made a mistake with the order (thinking it was for the drive thru), meaning the food had now gone cold and had to be thrown away. They did then take the new toasties and heated them quickly, but I could have done without the extra wait whilst trying to entertain young children.

Absolute shambles. I order a coffee and 2 cold drinks out of the fridge around 7.45 am. I normally use the drive through and there's always a hold up. The other week , as I drove up to the window the lady serving didn't say anything to me when I drove up and immediately walked off so I assumed she went to get my order. 6 minutes later when she reappeared ,I was still waiting and had to shout out of the car if everything was OK, to which she replied quite rudely give me 1 minute. There was a guy I could see making the hot drinks and they were piling up. Meanwhile she was sorting out someone else's order inside even though there was other staff there and 2 customers inside...14 minutes later I got my order. No apology and when I asked her what the delay was she gave a sarcy reply and apology whilst she seemed to be laughing at me. Never experienced anything like this before. By this time there was a 15 car queue, most people stuck in the drive thru not able to get out. Safe to say I won't be using this Starbucks ever again.

Decent coffee,but would have thought two saucers, to go with the two cups, would not be to much trouble!

Called in to pass the time on a cold night after the AFC Fylde game while waiting for a bus home. Graham Kelly (ex chief executive) was also in so obviously a place for football celeb spotting! The hot choc (without cream) was nice and hot. Plenty of food available. Only downside was there were a lot of abandoned cups lying around on tables which made the place look untidy. Still, any port in a storm.

Really poor visit to this coffee house when expectations are much higher from a brand like Starbucks.
The staff were completely uninterested and despite there being nobody queuing had to wait what seemed like ten minutes. A third member of staff seemed to appear from the side who nonchalantly took the order and walked off leaving the other two to deal with an obviously busier and prioritised drive through. The tables hadn't been cleared and were dirty.
Not on the list for returning despite the fact I drive past to and from work all the time.
Tip: drive through your order and take it inside. Much quicker.

The place was quiet and we were served quickly but the person that served us wasn't particularly friendly. I ordered two flat whites which were good and a fruit toast which was served with a spoon to spread the butter as there were no knives available! The seating area s were dirty and the floor was covered in debris - had it been cleaned today? Not a great advert for Starbucks
