This starbucks is fully wheelchair accessible. Congratulations starbucks.

There are steps to the toilet but the staff in the store do know how to set up the ramp for anybody that needs it.

The store is flat off Watford High Street with a good ramp inside to reach other levels of the store for seating and table access.

A well earned 5 stars Starbucks. Thank you.

Till service was average

The tall brunette lady making the drinks was excellent.
I always order an espresso - was the first time I have had it followed up with an offer of an iced glass of tap water as well, even though I was take away. Thanks

Starbucks isn't a poor company but this cafe states otherwise.
The coffee is okay but a little on the cheap and bitter side and the price however is too high. The seating is poor and the tables are ridiculously small. I ordered a hot croissant with butter and jam and received the croissant in a bag. I had to ask for a plate and a knife. The knife was wooden and complete rubbish, something for children. It couldn't even cut the croissant, it just tore it apart. Knife edge in pic.
The music is intrusive and it was stuff like Frank Sinatra and similar.
The unisex toilets do not have hanging hooks, the floor wasn't very clean and neither was the sink. The door did not have a handle to pull it closed, what a joke!
The staff are nice and polite but there is much room for improvement.
We will not be going again unless there's a refit/upgrade, etc.

Worst Starbucks ever. Ordered some sandwiches+drinks but only drinks were delivered!!!!! Shop is unreachable and you couldn’t even find a way to complaint this!

Less busy compared to the one in the shopping mall. And, this place has more seats than the inside one.

This was my favourite Starbucks in central Watford but I was disgusted today to see a loud dog allowed into the premises and even served a cup of cream for free. The dog stunk and the area where it was seated stunk of urine well after it had left. This was not a service dog.

It's very busy, no staff cleaning tables so had to sit at dirty table. No disabled toilets. Is this how it has to be now in todays society.

I do not advise anyone to go to this branch in particular. Rude staff and bad service, especially the short-haired girl was very rude،They serve cold drinks in a cup of coffee, and I asked that girl with short hair, you change the cup, why did you do it, and she responded rudely, that's the problem.
