Starbucks Caenby Corner

After a while on the road this was a well deserved break nice and clean great friendly staff, a good coffee and a warm snack. The staff are helpful and friendly, the seating is good and toilets are clean and tidy.

Popped in to use the toilet and bought a bottle of water which was £1.95, the drive-through was busy but not so many people dining in but that should mean that the tables were being cleared away which they were not as empty cups and wrappers were on several tables. The toilet was clean and a unisex one with a disabled one also available.

Honestly the worst Starbucks I have been to. Both members of staff were there talking to their friend, Took me a long time to get served as they had to finish their conversation first despite me being the only person in.

They didn't even seem interested. Other reviews say the same, that the staff clearly don't care and are not interested. Makes it seem like they aren't even there.

I gave this review a month ago and with it 2 stars. Not sure if they had a shake up but feedback seems to have been taken on board! It’s a nice place to sit and have coffee, clearly open until closing time now.

Doubt it will be here long as clearly don’t want customers after 5pm. Chairs left on tables so it looks closed every time you drive past (which puts off regular and possible new customers just FYI). You contact customer service to ask why leave the chairs up but nothing changes. You feel unwelcome when you walk in so we don’t go anymore (think they just want it to be a drive thru to be honest)… Takeaway cups given after a certain time (ruins the experience, not very eco friendly and makes you feel you really ought to leave, even though closing time is 9pm) Most of the staff seem nice, set up is really good and nice cakes… such a shame feedback isn’t taken on board

This is one of my fav Starbucks, the staff are always friendly and approachable, they bring drinks and food to the table when I have my little one with me and don’t mind that he sometimes makes noise if we sit in. They’re always super polite and it always looks clean. It’s a bit more expensive than most Starbucks though as it’s a franchise.

Wasn't convinced the guy that served me was interested. He passed on the coffee order to the Barista, she made great coffee, but I needed to say about my shortbread cookie. She didn't know about it, maybe he should have given it to me rather than rushing to serve drive-thru.

One of the best Starbucks I use when travelling home.

The service is fantastic. Food and drink is perfect and I love that it is dog friendly!

Coffee shop is next to the garage. Not a lot of choices but what we had was good and the coffee was excellent. Friendly service.
